Meet Denise-Danielle Johnson

After over 25 years of holding various roles in business, working with people at all levels, and speaking at various venues, one thing has become clear. I love people. I don’t always like their ways, but I love people and love helping them solve problems, execute innovative solutions, and revealing Truth. 
 
I initially started in business trading big wheel parts to the neighborhood boys for candy so they could build go-carts. (Don’t tell my father since he was unknowingly the big wheel supplier). Later, when my father started his own businesses, I was drafted to help in the business office. In this role, the functions, operations and excitement of business were woven into my DNA. I have extensive experience with organizational transformation including ERP implementations, workforce transformations nationally and globally, and partnering with clients to define and develop operational and organizational structures.  A track record of being a strategic problem solver, excellent communicator, and Trusted Advisor by leveraging my diverse background and experience which includes holding various roles in Finance, Pharma sales, Business Consulting, and an Entrepreneur.  A business background that enables me to understand, comprehend, and identify dependencies within the end-to-end business operational processes across organizations to help transform to the future state successfully.
 
The trials change, the companies are different, but the core seems to always remain the same – People, Money, and Resources. Understand these parts, their interaction, their dependencies and you are on your way to discovering the solution and helping others. Over the years it has become my passion to watch and learn how these three parts are different but dependent on one another. Helping reveal hidden truths in organizations and demystify solutions is how I serve and bring my best to help achieve success for my clients. 

As a Consultant, Author, and Speaker, I like to share my experiences, lessons learned on the battlefield of business, to help others navigate the challenges and come through with greater victories. My passion is helping others gain understanding of the challenges, define and execute solutions that help them reach their goals. I truly believe the more we help others, the better we all benefit in the long run.
